Does your partner have to have a WDC account?
So ive been very intrested in this contest ever since i heard about it awhile ago. I want to join the contest but the only person i wanna partner with does not have a WDC account. And i don't think they wanna make one either. So basicly does my partner have to have a WDC acount?
