Did you know you do have the ability to require a review with a rating. That means that no one can give you a low rating without leaving comments too. At the bottom of your item you the last box has a place that says 'unrestricted' as a default. If you click there, you will see choices for ratings. One says 'rating requires review' and another says 'no ratings' and the last one says 'email comments'

I set all of my pieces to rating requires review. If you're getting a lower rating, you deserve to know why. I usually will respond to those asking for suggestions to raise it if they don't explain it. I hate it when I get a 3.5 rating, and yet the review has nothing but positive comments. Just for future notice, when you review, you should ALWAYS offer suggestions. No piece is perfect.
