Noticing Newbies

Hi everyone! Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I just started writing again after about 15 years. I used to love writing, especially poetry, and I just haven't done it in a long time. The urge to do so hit me a few months back, and I bought a new computer and installed a word processor on it so here I am! I'm finding it to be a wonderful experience, and plan to keep writing. It used to be something that gave me a lot of pleasure and respite from the rigors of "real life" and I'm finding it to be a tool that helps me keep my sanity once again. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people on this site!
