1 To go outside everyday for minimum 15 mins.
2 To write half a page per day.
3 Have one day soda free.
4 To write 4 reviews this week.
5 Go to my dentist appointment.
1-I’ve chosen to make small goals because I had too much last week. I’ve been depressed lately, so I think that by going out for 15min minimum would be a good thing. At least to do a bit of exercises too.
2-I think that by writing half a page minimum per day would get me at least a chapter written. It’s better than nothing and if I feel incline to write more so be it.
3-I think I’m going to pick Fridays from now on, to not drink any kind of soda. Only water and juice. I have a serious addiction and I’m trying to cut it from my diet but it’s so hard so I’m hoping I can do this, at least for one day. Then maybe later I can add another day, and another day.
4-Last week I had said 3 reviews per day, which I fail because it was too many. So I’m thinking that minimum 4 this week is reasonable. Maybe I can go one up afterwards but we’ll see.
5-Last week I went to the dentist, but I’ve been avoiding them for 3 years so I’m hoping not to cancel my appointment. I’m motivating myself, and I think that by putting it on my goal list, and having people read it, might motivate me even more to keep my word.
I think that by making small goals, it doesn’t feel like this humongous mountain in front of me, so I think I can accomplish this.
