I'm new, still trying to get my bearings and such. I'm a scientist before I'm a writer. I'm not trying to make it as a writer, but I look at writing as one of the ways that I work and interact with the world. As such, I appreciate reviews on things like style and such, but it's discourse on the ideas and motifs that I write about that really incentivised me to throw my stuff out there.
I also love to read work, so don't hesitate to throw stuff my way. I love to observe as well as create, in fact I'm better suited to see the beauty in something else than I am to create it. That being said, you likely won't receive much technical criticism from me. With writing, I'm an ideas guy rather than a details guy.
As a side note, I love how articulate this community is. I work with other scientists usually, and not many scientists are skilled writers.
