Withdrawals are bad. Awhile back I stopped taking everything prescribed to me, within a day I was shaking violently, had headaches and just generally wanted to die. There's some research on science daily that anti-depressants cause emotional numbing, and even suicidal tendencies.
Nevertheless, I dread the day I'm in your shoes again, without meds. But is anybody else conflicted about them?
