The main character or characters has to at least have one or more of the powers on the list. You can use any powers you want as well. Say you just want the character to have DNA vision and power replication. So, they have the DNA vision from the list thus you are allowed to enter it. And they use that DNA vision to example super humans dna and then he configures his or her own to replicate that power. Simple as that. You have to use at least one or combination of powers from the list. Other powers will be permitted as always.
