Noticing Newbies

...Is where I'd like to be someday. Haven't left the state (Seattle doesn't count) in about twelve years. It's beautiful here in the Willamette Valley but I daydream about driving through the Badlands, seeing the sunrise over the Atlantic. In the meantime I work in food service, live with my cousin and read a lot of books. Currently I'm engrossed in the Game of Thrones series, listening to a book about the AC/DC wars, and perusing an e-book about the year 1913. I love Netflix as well but am cutting back in the interest of getting more done with my life. The cherry trees are amazing around the city right now, blowing petals like a warm snow and signaling the oncoming spring. Currently it's raining though, and quite dreary, which is probably why I've been writing most of the morning. I'd love to learn from fellow writer's here, improve my own skills, perhaps learn how to wrap more stories up since I struggle finishing anything :)
