Hello from the old new guy

I am "old" in more ways than one, well, not too much. Other than being in my forties (only old my teenager standards) I have actually been a "member" of this board for 4 years. I actually forgot all about it, until it sent me a message today. So I figured I should try it. But I am lost on a few things. How do I post a story? Any help would be nice, thanks. I hope to read some very good stories and hope to learn how to write. But I like shooting for the stars.
