Fortunately, something like that has already been done and is about to be done again!

In 2012, Writing.com published an anthology - spear-headed by Fyn Author Icon with her company. *Smile*

Due to so much public demand, another anthology is in the works and you can find out more information below:

Now though this doesn't completely address your suggestion of 'individual' books, I think this is a great way to start especially for young writers. And who knows? If their works catches the eye of Fyn and her publishing company (and we do have other members who own publishing ventures as well), then a correspondence could be set up. *Smile*
