"Text Link" for Email
There needs to be a "text link" to email. I suggest putting it under the "My Account" list (e.g. "My Email"). Newsfeed, Instant Messages, and Portfolio have a link already in a menu or spelled out in the left column. Having a "text link" is always good and would help the icon-challenged as well.
