Noticing Newbies

(This is copy-pasted from my Bio-Block, sorry, I'm lazy and this is as effective as any of my introductions can get.)

Hi, I'm Jess, an 18-year-old female from South Africa, dreaming of a career in screenwriting and comic-authoring. I love film, television, art, comics and music. I'd love to make a contribution to these media someday, but I lack the discipline to work devotedly, so for now I'm as much of a jack-of-all-trades as one can be at 18. I'm also interested in politics, etc; feminism may sneak into my work, as might other not-nice things like blasphemy and self-pity. I'm currently half-working for a semi-autobiographical comic, a television script (writing today for tomorrow!), short stories and sketches. I'll appreciate an audience!
