Suggestion Box

Since a popular way to fundraise is using forum items for auctions, I'd like to suggest an auction item.

It could have the look of a cNote item, with a banner area for rules and regs, then fields (maybe 25 max) for each item being auctioned.
There would be settings for the time and date that the bidding text area appears and then closes / locks with a winner.
Each bid would escrow gps (like review requests) and subsequent higher bids would release the escrow. This would keep members from bidding with gift points they don't have. Bidders would receive notifications of being outbid or win.
Item owner checking "Fulfilled" would transfer escrowed and locked bids into owner's bank once the reviews packages or whatever have been delivered.
If bid is not Fulfilled in a set time (say, two weeks), the escrowed gps would go back to the bidder. This would refund bidders if there were an absentee auction owner.
