Noticing Newbies

Hi Aisha,

Thanks for the welcome. I hope I can unwind and begin to make friends on this site by reading the writings of the members and hopefully writing a bit myself. I belong to a normal middle class family but I have been facing a kind of political persecution which strangely works itself out by leaving me isolated in the middle of teeming crowds. Over the course of many years this has become difficult to cope with. It would be productive if I could distance myself from it and convert my experiences into literature. That might be a kind of catharsis, if nothing else.
