Noticing Newbies

I'd like to introduce myself: I'm known on the internet simply as either Deswy or Indigo.Silhouette, but I write under the pen name "Chelsea Rice". I'm a former EMT originally from Paterson, New Jersey...the "Silk City" of the northeastern United States. I currently reside in Texas.
As you will notice, my favorite genre is horror and the macabre. I will, on occasion, write other things, and once in a while you will notice rants and other such nonsense on my blog. I have always loved a good scare...unlike some people I relish my nightmares. I don't know if that makes me disturbed, but I do hope it makes for a disturbing read.
