Book Items and keycodes
Hi. First I love this site. I find it a fantastic resource and community. However, I have one tiny niggle.

When you create a book item, it seems to be impossible to have some entries public and others only accessible by key code, as when you set entries as private in a public book item the keycode input option does not come up when clicking on an entry's link. This means the only way to make chapters only accessible by keycode is to set the whole book item as private and then change the entries to public. This way when entering the keycode on the main book item all chapters are displayed but this then means there is no option to make a few chapters visible publicly.

I was just wondering if it would be possible to get the main book item's keycode settings to translate to the book entries so some entries can be set as private with keycode access should readers request access to further chapters?

Again, love the site. Happy writing all.
