I think you should just keep on writing and then go back later and fill in the details. I don't think you should worry about writing the details immediately because as you said, it gives you a lot of trouble to write it all out. If you really have to write the details immediately, maybe you should take a break and go back to a paragraph and fill in the details of that paragraph. When writing, write what you're comfortable with, at the pace that suits you, write because you enjoy it, and write in a way that you will enjoy writing, even if it means writing in small bits everyday.
