I looked through my old reviews and rediscovered some of my favorite pieces here on WDC:

"Invalid Item"  My second favorite short story (sadly my favorite one was not written in 2013). It almost felt like it could have come right from a real Japanese folklore book.

"I Remember Papa"  I'd like to nominate this for best inspirational story. I almost cried when I read it.
