The other two are absolutely correct, Writing.com 101 is invaluable in the beginning. The site can be a bit overwhelming with everything you can learn ad do, but I promise you will find a lot of what you like here.

There are quite a few different types of fantasy contests and a plethora of sinister and horror contests and prompts, which is why it is hard to suggest just one. Clicking around diving right in is the best way to learn but I'd be happy to help you more personally! Drop an email anytime!
