You can post the link to your website anywhere that it makes sense to do so... your bio block (link to edit in the upper right corner of your portfolio), your signature in the forums maybe...? As long as you aren't just spamming random forums with your link, I don't think it would be an issue. I see you already added it to your Biography tab. That's a good start. Biography and bio block would probably be enough.

Looks like you've already received one review for your story! You might want to do some reviews for other people too. I've found that the more reviews you give, the more you receive.
