You could also try reviewing someone who has already posted, chances are they'll return the favour!

About the 'request a review' from the item tools - when you click on the person's name, you then have to complete the review request and click the green tab saying 'request a review' for it it go through. There may be some cost in Gift Points and you'll get a confirmation.
