Hi, aquareed; welcome to Writing.Com. Running out of steam, huh? Have you considered writing short stories to help polish your craft? I too have tried novels--have completed NaNo twice. They're nothing I would ever submit in their current state, but I wanted to see if I could do it. I've found it more rewarding to write shorter tales.

I'm not sure what your specific writing interest are but you also might look into one of the many novel writing groups that exist on site. I'm sure they can help critic your work and offer suggestions for improvement. Use the Search buttons in the header for your genre and Groups.
