If you're interested in getting your work published, you just need to start investigating different publishers. You can buy books that list publishers with basic information for post submissions, but it's easier to find information online in my opinion. You could use a website like writersmarket.com or duotrope.com, which are basically publishing databases that provide lots of information, or you could just search for lists of publishers for whatever you're trying to publish... "poetry publishers" or "travel article publishers"... and start digging through lists on your own, checking out the submission criteria for each one. Good luck!
