The world is an Oyster! Wait a minute, that's not right...
Or isn't it? I like creating a nice little break in the flow every now and then, and will leave it up to each of you to decide whether or not the world indeed is an oyster. Yes, I know that isn't the way the saying goes thank you very much.

So I had these goals. These little goals that I was supposed to be done with right about now. I was supposed, according to myself, to continue on "The Silent part of the Day", review someone, write something random and consider joining NaNoWrimo. And I was to see if I couldn't squeeze out a plot to put in "The First Realm, my at the time unofficial NaNoWriMo tribute.

I managed to almost write another page on "The Silent part of the Day". Mentioned page is still offline, and I am considering leaving it at that since the current published work is semi-done. If I add the next chapters it becomes a full blown story with all the inclinations that follows. At least for now I am not ready to take up that responsibility.

I reviewed someone. My goldfish memory does not serve me with names, but I checked my log to make sure that I actually reviewed someone this week. That I did.

I wrote something random, but I never finished it so there have been no new stories on this week. There was something about finding a lizard looking like a dog or vise versa. I came to the part where the protagonist and the "it" had an epic stare-down, and then I realized that the story was pretty much pointless beyond that. I need to become better with finding plots.

I considered joining NaNoWriMo. Today I finally gave in and did it, using "The First Realm" as my piece. I also decided to do it offline. Why, you ask? Fun fact, I have discovered that a single document may continue about 8.500 words. In other words a full fledged NaNoWriMo piece would take up nearly 6 full documents in my folder. That is a lot when I can only hold up to 10 of those as it is.

So when I joined NaNoWriMo I also removed my two pretty much full "The First Realm" documents from my folder after copying them over to one single offline document.

Congratulation NaNoWriMo. You win this round *stare at it with narrowed eyes*, but the next round will be on me.

I will win this war! RIDE, my minions, into battle! *raises sharpened quill*

It is on!
