On the same site, I saw Scapple, which like a board on which you write separate notes, and you can connect the notes, which is more like the way my mind works.

At this point, after the Prep, I don't think I'll need either program. But I may get one of them anyway, since I have an old novel in my port that stopped after the sixth chapter since pantsing didn't work. I'm planning to finish that one once I'm done with NaNo. Maybe for that, I'll get either one of the two programs.
