Day 17 and Bonus Completed!!

So...I have an adventure story that spreads over the course of 3 months, but there are about 3 weeks worth of excess time that needs some sort of excitement... any advice on keeping the plot from plateauing or how to "skip" those weeks yet maintain the flow?
