I've had enough computer trouble (hard drive crashed this summer) that I have multiple copies of everything. We have a backup in the house and I often have at least one cloud copy. I also have notebooks, index cards, and I used to have a whiteboard, but my husband absconded with it for his kegerator. Ah well.
