Good deal on the stretching! Try deep breathing next...it's great. If you're a shallow breather like me, deep breathing for about five or ten minutes gives you a nice brain buzz.
I used to be very private and stand-offish--you wouldn't believe that would you? I gave it up about a decade or two ago, and let the pendulum swing where it wished. All those thoughts and feelings I kept to myself needed to come out--and after learning to edit the way it came out, I was a little happier. I don't much care anymore what anyone knows about me; it's just too hard to keep secret the circus in my mind.
