Great to know you can pinpoint the causes of your stress and are making headway into dealing with it.
I tend to suffer from day to day stress like kids, Mrs Nang, school and study I let it grow and grow until the anxiety gets crazy and i can't cope anymore.
I guess they are pretty stupid things to get stressed about huh.
I'll try the stretching along with some meditation i think
