It's great to hear that you can manage your symptoms so well. I wouldn't worry about too many calories, if you're doing lots of exercise it will always keep the pounds at bay. My guilty pleasure is M&Ms, can't get enough of them when I'm down (I should buy shares)
Fitness is also a great way to keep away the blues so keep it up
