Restriction Message
Hi,

I was thinking it might be useful, on the Details panel of an item, where it shows Access restrictions, if it also listed any membership restrictions. I was trying to help a member work out why they couldn't access a forum, even though the access restrictions listed should have let them in. The problem was the membership restriction. I think this info should be shown, too.
