I made this change during the unvailing of the bata new WDC. Still, most of what shows has a white back ground. It's very nice to have the light yellow back ground for email replys, filling in forms, and similar situations. We are making progress.

BTW, did you know that many people who are blind or have limited vision use screen readers? Also, did you know that there are free tools which allow website owners to test their websites for accessibility usability? Let me know if you need further information.

I have some information from my college course about html user friendly/accessible code so am certain this is available for the many scripts which are running this website. Because of cascading style sheets you should be able to make changes for many of the pages on the style sheet page instead of changing each individual page.
