The link to Larry Brooks' story engineering spreadsheet is especially useful. It gives plot points and roughly where they should appear in a story. If you have parallel stories running (as in my current WIP) it really helps to keep them in sync and at roughly the same point in each story line.
Jami Gold's checklist on the elements of a good scene is also helpful. In fact, all the information on this page is useful.
