I just finished a really touching and heartbreaking book that deals with teen suicide. For anyone who hasn't read it, I highly recommend Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. I wrote a blog post about it with more information, if you're interested in reading more about the book. Honestly, I haven't been this affected by a book in a long time. It's a remarkable look at how a series of seemingly minor and/or innocuous actions can have a dramatic impact on another person, and how we can't always tell the damage that's caused by a childish prank, or joke, or rumor.
