Merit Badge maximums
I'm not sure why the 5-member limit on sending bulk MB's, but if there's not a technical reason, it would be really helpful to have that increased, at least for me. I'm about to award 61 (holy crap) of the same merit badge to varied users, so it would be nice to do that in three or four iterations (or all at once!) instead of 13.
