What is the big rush
Big announcement that if you are not on this list then you are not complete.

Can you read a calendar?

October 31st is tomorrow.

I was lead to believe that the purpose of this prep was to build a daily work-up to be able to carry that forward into November.

Now you are in a big rush to be finished.

I think those who carried the effort thru by following the calendar should be applauded and not yelled at to hurry and get finished.
