I have flu and I'm whacked! I can't think or even see straight. There are heroic writers here who write with far worse physical conditions, like slipped discs and trapped nerves, and put me to shame, but this flu is turning my brain into mush.
I almost made it, though. I had strung some strong ideas together, but one motivator overshadows the others.
My novel was banned from a YA review group for REASONS OF PURE BIGOTRY AND PREJUDICE. This alone should be enough to motivate me to write it to the end, then fight back, in one form or another.
Did they think I had gone away?
When my characters are wronged, they spend the rest of the novel never giving up on the fight for justice; so I should follow their example.
