Sure, you can write romance/erotica or straight up erotica for NaNoWriMo. The first novel I succeeded making 50k with back in 2008 was a romance/erotica. And of the two novels I worked on for last year, the romance/erotica one got the most words, coming in at just under 100k. I also took part in the nanowrimo prep challenge both of those years, so you can prep it too. It's okay. There is even a forum on the nanowrimo web site to discuss erotica topics during nanowrimo and after. *Wink*
