October Novel Prep Challenge

I've never been good at managing subplots. If I have them, they tend not to get tied up neatly and distract me from the main plot. I likely won't consciously plan one for NaNo. I'll just see what happens and go with it. I can always look back at the end and decide to put one in, and I'll probably have a better idea how to do that at that point.
