I'm English & currently share my house with three parrots (one very sleepily talking to herself right now ), a cat and my garden with eight quail. It also serves as a drop-in centre for various neighbours, extended family & the farm dog.
I mostly read sci-fi, fantasy, action/adventure, science thrillers, historical novels and crime/murder mystery, but tend to stick to fantasy & sci-fi short stories when writing. Unless it's flash fic, then any genre's game.
This is my first go at nano and round two of attempting to write something of any length.
