Clear poll votes

Similar to clearing messages from a forum, an option to clear votes from a poll.

The raffle I run begins a new round each month and instead of me choosing the beneficiaries, WdC members choose them by voting in polls. Being able to clear the votes from the polls at the close of each round to begin again would be so much faster and easier than creating new polls every month.
