Sci-fi Writers Guild Forum

Hi,

I'm new to WdC (day 6 today, I think). I'm a bit of a sci-fi geek as well, and so I applied to the Guild and got accepted. WooHoo!

Anyway, I'm glad to be here, and glad to be a member. I'm looking forward to doing some sci-fi writing.

Can I ask whether anyone has any good sci-fi Campfire Creatives underway right now ? I like the idea of collaborative writing. It gets my creative juices flowing a lot more than solo stuff does. If there are none happening, would anyone be intersted in joining one I could set up ? The story could be anything really. I'm quite partial to the preparation for, and then the outcome of a long space flight (to Mars say) ? But I can be persuaded, I am sure, if someone has a story ready to go that they just HAVE to get on with.
