Thank you Elena, Nangwaya, Sisco and Vandal, for your great kindness and compassion. I've finally had my first deep breath and sigh, a good sign the PTSD is pulling back. I generally practice avoidance of triggers, but this time I was drawn in by a story; one that read nearly identical to my own experience. How strange is that? I did this to myself, because I just couldn't stop reading. Being an avoider means I keep to myself too much, so I'm back in my PTSD group. Thought I was cured, for a while there. Thank you again, for your thoughts, prayers and well wishes. You're all too kind.
