I'm so sorry things have gotten so bad. I know what you're feeling-the year after my mom attempted suicide I was literally jumping out of my skin. This may sound silly, but when I'm feeling depressed, I like to watch kids' movies or TV shows like Looney Tunes, or read a kids' book I loved as a kid. It's like comfort food for the mind or something. Don't ask me why but doing that always makes me feel better.
I hope your doctor can help you! Things will get better, just as you said
