The Steampunk Boiler Room

I think I have the graphic novel reprint of the first series of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I think grouping historical figures together has been a common occurence in both comic books and comedy, but League was certainly of high quality. I remember being quite excited at the concept of Mina being the feminine-but-tough-as-nails leader, and a vampire to boot.

I was initially referring to the Joe Kelly series called "Steam Punk" though. I have the entire series of that, and it was quite good. I do remember that at the time people were saying it wasn't true Steam Punk as it wasn't "quirky" but for me, it hit all the right buttons. It's definately worth checking out if you get the chance.
