Greetings Steamers! I am neither gone, nor forgotten (I hope)! QUESTION: When writing a mystery, do you start at the crime scene (and what actually happened), then work the story backwards, leaving a trail of bread crumbs leading to the actual solution? Understanding of course, that mystery indeed blends well into our genre. I would be very interested to hear some opinions on this subject.
