I just tried this with the story in question and received "Only reviews from the past 14 days may be credited."

Even if I had have got to the public reviews in time, it would still be a manual process.

It would be nice if there was an "email reviews to" entry field. In theory, not to hard to add to the code. In practice, a bit more laborious I know.

Something for the suggestion box anyway, hey?
