The items you select for your Recommended Items in your Biography tab can be in your own or anyone's port. The Reviewer section in the left column draws from Recommended Items and Highlighted Items.

You can also use a small item link to such items in your BioBlock.

You can see the public reviews over 250 characters for the piece sent in the past 31 days by putting the item number in the search box on the Public Reviews page.
