for best new group. They are a wonderful new group geared to the horror enthusiast. They have a public review page where horror fans can submit items for in-depth reviews by some of the best horror writers on WDC. They also host excellent daily, weekly, monthly and even holiday contests all in the horror genre.

I would also like to nominate a couple of their contests as best new contests.

The Daily Slice is an awesome new daily prompt horror themed contest that offers not only great prizes for the winner but an excellent review for every entrant. It really is the best contest available to horror fans or anyone looking to break into the genre.

Bad Moon Rising is an excellent horror themed monthly contest based on the lunar cycle for those writers that need more than a day to become inspired. This contest offers substantial prizes for the winner as well as insightful reviews from the judges for every entrant.
