Christmas Poem- not the happiest around here I'm sure
I seem to be missing all my cheer this year, and this morbid thing below is what resulted. Still, thought I'd share.

They say it's a time
to be merry,
but I don't see
the happy cheer.
The holly too fake,
the tree too cheap,
the music too loud,
hiding the fact
that she's alone today.
She'll be lonelier tomorrow,
because Santa only knows
no one shows.
